
Many pesticides lose effectiveness when used in alkaline water which is common in western NC and many other areas. PH 48 serves to increase wetting and spreading abilities and to provide a more uniform coverage. It increases absorption and aids in translocation of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, miticides and defoliants. Usual use will be 8-28 ounces per 100 gallons of solution. a pH level of 4.5-6 is the most desirable range. Add to water before addition of pesticide.
