Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will refund your paid purchase price or exchange for an item of equal value after the items are returned in the original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse items that we feel are not in acceptable return condition. We do not accept returns on custom ordered products, seasonal, closeouts, sale items, perishable or dated items. If 15 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which should be included with your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note Shopify and your bank may hold the money for up to one full week.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Doug@agcareproducts.com and you will receive instructions on how to exchange your product.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
