Product Features

Blueprint Sheep-lyx™ is a 16% protein, nutrient-dense supplement designed for all classes of sheep consuming forage-based diets. Blueprint Sheep[1]lyx™ contains no added copper. Blueprint Sheep-lyx™ is uniquely fortified with all highly bioavailable organic trace minerals and contains no inorganic trace mineral forms. The Blueprint product line is designed to deliver optimal trace mineral nutrition, meeting today’s advanced animal genetic demands while protecting the environment from unnecessary oversupply of less abundant forms.

Feeding Instructions

CRYSTALYX BLUEPRINT SHEEP-LYX™ supplement is designed for self-feeding to all classes of sheep.

Place containers in areas that achieve the desired supplement intake. Once you achieve acceptable intake levels, you can move the containers to underutilized pasture areas to enhance grazing distribution and forage utilization. Feed at the rate of one container per 10–20 sheep. A minimum of two (2) containers may be necessary in each lot or pasture to ensure proper accessibility. Self-fed consumption will depend on the size of the animals being fed, as well as seasonal weather conditions and the quality, source, and availability of other feeds. Sheep typically consume between 1 and 4 ounces per head per day.

Consumption of selenium should not exceed 0.7 mg per head daily for sheep.
