This lower-cost polyrope is used for temporary electric fencing. Contains six stainless steel strands—0.6 mm in diameter. 12 mil. of heavy-duty stainless steel wires twisted around 120 monofilament fibers, creating 1,000 lbs. of break strength. A powerful and economical choice for large areas. Available in 660-foot rolls. Stainless steel is the most common metal used in poly fence, but products with mixed metals, including copper, will have a lower OHMS rating and provide the best, most consistent electrical current to keep livestock confined, so we recommend and sell more of item 7041.
