The Topaz Compact Valve is a float-operated water valve designed for automated filling of water troughs, storage tanks, cisterns, and energy-free waterers where space is limited. The valve is configured for above-water mounting only. The compact weighted float operates a small pilot valve, which in turn operates the main diaphragm valve. Topaz Compact valves are a good choice when high flow, compact, robust, noncorrosive construction; and a high level of adaptability are desired. Operating pressure is 5-150 psi. The maximum temperature is 140 degrees (F). Topaz Compact Valves are NSF 372 certified for potable water systems. Topaz compact valves feature a patented 1/4-turn removable base for easy cleaning and servicing.
